Maurice E. Keenan, MD, MPH

Dr. Keenan has enjoyed serving children, parents, and families for over 45 years. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College. He completed his internship at Boston City Hospital and his pediatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. Later, he completed his Masters in Public Health in health care administration from Harvard School of Public Health. He is board certified in pediatrics and is an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and enjoys teaching students. Dr. Keenan has been active in developing policies for children at the American Academy of Pediatrics where he previously served as president. He and his wife have three children and six grandchildren. He is an avid horseman and is committed to his horse Questarra that he keeps on his farm in Vermont.

Dania Ali-Ahmad Mansour, MD

Dr. Mansour partnered with Dr Keenan after completing her residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at State University of New York in Syracuse. She graduated medical school from the American University of Beirut. She is board certified in Pediatrics and has expertise in childhood immunization and epidemiology as an infectious disease specialist. She has received multiple awards for teaching students. She currently serves on the board of W.A.T.C.H (World Against Toys Causing Harm) were she advocates for children’s safety. She has always been especially interested in school based health. Dr. Mansour lives with her husband and two children. She loves swimming and travel.


Elaine C. Fitzgerald, CPNP-PC

Elaine completed her undergraduate degree at Brandeis University and her advanced practice nursing education at Columbia University School of Nursing in New York. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist. Prior to joining the practice in 2015, Elaine was the coordinator of the Community Asthma Initiative at Boston Children’s Hospital. She and her husband have two daughters and a dog. Her experiences breastfeeding her two daughters inspired her to help other mothers on their breastfeeding journey, and in 2021 she became a Certified Lactation Counselor.

Emelie has had 10 years of experience in front office administration. She is a mother of three boys aged 19, 17, and 13. She has coached youth cheerleading for 10 years and enjoys spending time with her boys, friends and family.
